Payment of your deposit and/or rent constitutes acceptance of this agreement. Rates, terms & conditions are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN: Between 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note the check-in time of 3:00 p.m. may be extended for special cleaning or maintenance. Only persons registered should be in your unit unless special arrangements have been made at the office. Our office closes at 4:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you are arriving after hours or on a weekend, prior arrangements must be made with the office.

CHECK-OUT: Guests must be checked out by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Keys and passes for departures outside of office hours should be returned to the lockbox outside of the rental office.

• • CHECK OUT is at 10:00 am: Please leave all gate keys on the kitchen counter. Failure to do so will result in a $10 fee per missing key.
  • Check ALL rooms, closets, and drawers to ensure you have all personal items.
  • Take ALL trash to designated areas.
  • Load and start the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in EITHER the sink or the dishwasher.
  • Close ALL blinds and window treatments.
  • The cleaning service will ONLY be responsible for two loads of laundry, andy additional laundry may be charged to the guest. ALL linens must be left in the unit (including beach towels) Your unit has been stocked with: 8 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, 2 bath mats, 2 beach towels, and 2 kitchen towels. A charge of $10 per missing towel will be applied to the credit card on file.
  • Set the thermostat at 78 degrees.
  • Leave ALL entrances closed and locked.
  • A minimum charge of $50 will be charged to your account if the above instructions are violated.
  • Please report any broken or destroyed items immediately. Any damaged items not covered by the damage waiver will be charged to the credit card on file.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made online by viewing the Condo Map page and selecting a unit you have interest in. The units are connected to the listing agent. A Driver's License or state issued identification is required at check-in. Please note that the minimum age for booking and check-in is 25. Requests for specific units will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Win-San does not allow pets on the property.
