• CHECK OUT is at 10:00am: Please leave all gate keys on the kitchen counter. Failure to do so will result in a $10 fee per missing key.

 

• Check ALL rooms, closets and drawers to ensure you have all personal items.

 

• Take ALL trash to designated areas.

 

• Load and start dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes in EITHER the sink or the dishwasher.

 

• Close ALL blinds and window treatments.

 

• Cleaning service will ONLY be responsible for two loads of laundry, any additional laundry may be charged to the guest. ALL linens must be left in the unit (including beach towels). Your unit has been stocked with: 8 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 bath mats, 2 beach towels, and 2 kitchen towels. A charge of $10 per missing towel will be applied to the credit card on file.

 

• Set thermostat at 78 degrees.

 

• Leave ALL entrances closed and locked.

 

• A minimum charge of $50 will be charged to your account if the above instructions are violated.

 

• Please report any broken or destroyed items immediately. Any damaged items not covered by damage waiver will be charged to the credit card on file.
